Job descriptionMust have at least 1 years experience as a Paralegal; Trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin); Previous experience supporting a finance team is required; Law Degree or equivalent qualifications essential; Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook are required. Familiarity with platforms like Intapp, Elite, and FileSite is desirable;
Our client is a well regarded offshore law firm. They are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal for their Hong Kong Banking / Finance team.
Responsibilities include :
- Assist partners and lawyers with research, docuemnt drafting, and matter administration
- Performing conflict checks, document filing and billing
- Opportunity to work in a team advising leading onshore law firms, major international financial institutions and listed and private companies.
