Team / Role
As a Senior Paralegal, your responsibilities will include :
Providing daily paralegal assistance to the General Counsel, which involves drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, policies, and regulatory filings.Conducting legal research and analysis to keep the Legal function informed of evolving regulatory changes in the jurisdictions where the Firm operates.Assisting in the implementation and upkeep of the firms compliance program, which includes monitoring regulatory updates, revising policies and procedures, and coordinating compliance-related tasks.Managing the Firms corporate records and entity maintenance, including preparing materials for boards and shareholders, maintaining registers, and filing corporate updates.Coordinating and overseeing engagements with external counsel.Acting as a liaison between the Legal department and other teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.Participating in special projects and initiatives to support the legal function and the broader organization as needed.Required Skillset
