Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 & L3 production support for a high-security web portal handling sensitive financial data.
  • Ensure smooth operations in the BAU (Business As Usual) phase , working closely with engineers and operational teams.
  • Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for a long-term system migration and redesign initiative .
  • Maintain strict security andpliance standards to protect confidential banking data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and performance .
  • Apply scripting, Linux, SQL, and automation skills for production maintenance and optimization .

Requirements :

  • 5-10 years of experience in production support for web portals or critical platforms in large corporations.
  • Strong expertise in scripting, Linux, SQL , and system troubleshooting .
  • Deep understanding of production support lifecycle and proactive system monitoring.
  • Fluent in Cantonese (essential for effectivemunication in a regulatory environment).
  • Experience managing secure financial data systems with high operational integrity.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team of engineers.
