What will you do?

In this position, you will join our Hong Kong Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Built Environment projects such as schools, data centres, casinos and a variety of Government projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Assist in all aspects of supervision of building services work on site within the contracts and maintenance of site records.
• Assist in monitoring of labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site.
• Assist in inspection and witness testing and commissioning of building services installations.
• Assist in the checking of as-fitted drawings submitted by contractors.
• Monitor rectification of defects and report status.
• Liaise with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / suppliers and the HKSTP project team and facilities maintenance / operation team, and etc.
