Job description

Responsibilities :

Handle customer enquiries and hotel reservations
Follow up customer orders and ensure all bookings information are updated in system accurately
Prepare reports as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head

Requirements :

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

1-2 years of hotel reservation experience

Knowledge of Opera system is preferable
