Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring that all desktop data bearing assets are managed in accordance with policies and procedures throughout the IMAC (Installs, Moves, Add and Changes) lifecycle.
• Assist Infrastructure Service Manager in the region to manage the local team whose remit will include the receipt, building, configuring, installing, moving, break-fixing and decommissioning desktop assets as well as inventory and stock management.
• Provide project management services for all Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) within the building and minor space reconfiguration projects.
• Provide comprehensive move coordination services to support the scheduled relocation of workspace contents and associated personal items.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of all move related activities.
• Being a Team Lead to manage the team and oversight the local operation.
