Job descriptionBachelor’s degree and current practicing certificate from amon law jurisdiction. Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in financial services regulation. Strong analytical, drafting, andmunication skills.
Responsibilities
- Offer timely legal advice on financial services and regulatory matters
- Assist with legal drafting and policy initiatives.
- Identify and escalate urgent legal issues.
- Enhance legal services through best practices and technology.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other divisions.
- Prepare documents for the Board and serve as a legal advisor tomittees.
- Implement policies to ensurepliance and effective service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing risk management.
