Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Offer timely legal advice on financial services and regulatory matters
• Assist with legal drafting and policy initiatives.
• Identify and escalate urgent legal issues.
• Enhance legal services through best practices and technology.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with other divisions.
• Prepare documents for the Board and serve as a legal advisor tomittees.
• Implement policies to ensurepliance and effective service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing risk management.
