About the Role :
Our clients is a leading MNC insurance company, currently they are undergoing a finance transformation program to automate and streamline investment reporting and function.
As a Business Analyst - Finance & Investment, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic transformation. You’ll collaborate across departments to elevate investment data management and reporting capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to support a future-ready insurance enterprise.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and refine investment data and reporting requirements
- Drive system enhancements by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Actuarial teams to streamline data workflows and build dynamic Power BI dashboards
- Perform data reconciliation and analysis to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance-related systems and upgrades
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including post-implementation reviews to maximize system performance
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst within insurance, financial services, or large-scale corporatesExposure to investment asset management or investment reporting projects is highly desirableSolid understanding of finance systems, data architecture, and UAT frameworksFamiliarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg, Clearwater, or similar tools is a plusStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data reconciliation and financial analysisExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analytics platforms is an advantageIf you believe you have the right skills, attitude and experience please click 'apply now' below and upload your resume.
