Business Analyst - Finance & Investment

About the Role :

Our clients is a leading MNC insurance company, currently they are undergoing a finance transformation program to automate and streamline investment reporting and function.

As a Business Analyst - Finance & Investment, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic transformation. You’ll collaborate across departments to elevate investment data management and reporting capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to support a future-ready insurance enterprise.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and refine investment data and reporting requirements
• Drive system enhancements by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Actuarial teams to streamline data workflows and build dynamic Power BI dashboards
• Perform data reconciliation and analysis to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms
• Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance-related systems and upgrades
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including post-implementation reviews to maximize system performance
