Job description

Duties

Supervise staff, monitor all the contracts, handle public enquirers and complaints
Liaise with contractors, assist in procurement, administrative and logistic support
Assist in rehearsal and actual run down of various ceremonies of the event
Normally 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday in NT East and Hong Kong Island area

Requirements

Degree holder

Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English Language in HKCEE / HKDSE

Relevant experience in event, exhibition, procurement, operations is preferred

20 w.p.m. Chinese and 30 w.p.m English word processing speed

Fresh Graduate is welcomed
