职位描述

Duties

  • Supervise staff, monitor all the contracts, handle public enquirers and complaints
  • Liaise with contractors, assist in procurement, administrative and logistic support
  • Assist in rehearsal and actual run down of various ceremonies of the event
  • Normally 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday in NT East and Hong Kong Island area

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English Language in HKCEE / HKDSE
  • Relevant experience in event, exhibition, procurement, operations is preferred
  • 20 w.p.m. Chinese and 30 w.p.m English word processing speed
  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed
