Job descriptionStrong analytical skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strategic thinking : Ability to develop and execute growth strategies. Project management skills : Ability to manage projects and timelines effectively. Technical understanding : Familiarity with platform technologies and best practices. Experience in a relevant industry : Experience in digital payment, emerce, daily service platforms is preferred. More than 6 years' experience in Fintech, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention on the platform.
- Develop the overall strategy and processes for creating, organizing, and managing digital content on the platform and various channels, including websites, apps, and other online properties.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, understand user behavior, and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Improve the user experience on the platform to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage projects related to platform development, updates, and growth initiatives.
- Study market andpetitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business.
