Banking Associate 2-5PQE

Our client is one of the worlds leading law firms. They are looking to grow their top tier banking practice with the hire of a junior to mid-level associate.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of complex finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit & direct lending, project finance, real estate finance, and restructuring. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile transactions for a global client base.

• 2-5 PQE in a common low jurisdiction
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Experience in a leading law firm with a recognised finance practice.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, are highly advantageous.
