Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing industry andpany research, financial analysis, due diligence, financial modeling and valuation activities;
Preparing investment rmendation memorandums and other supporting analysis materials to investmentmittee;
Working with senior team members in transaction execution;
Maintain & develop good relationships with clients;
Coordinate with post-investment team on monitoring performance of portfoliopanies;

Requirements :

Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines;

1-3 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, big four accounting firm (transaction services), research or private equity or other relevant experience;

CFA / CPA qualification preferable;

Strong analytical and quantitative skills;

Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;

Strongmunication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;

Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task;

Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment field;

Fluency in English and Mandarin；both written and verbalmunication skills;

Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.

Candidate wilth less experience will be considered as Analyst.
