Co-op Program – Retirement (6-Month, Full-Time)

The Opportunity

This internship provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a customer-first approach, where we prioritize helping people around the world save and invest to confidently achieve their retirement goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you'll contribute to enhancing member engagement and the overall customer experience by focusing on what truly matters to our members.

Position Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing educational materials and messages to help MPF members with retirement planning.
• Support the creation and management of customer campaigns aimed at engaging members and achieving business goals.
• Work with different teams to help improve member engagement and enhance the customer experience.
• Help monitor and analyze member feedback and engagement data to improve educational content and strategies.
