Who we're looking for

WeLab is looking for an energetic Lead, Enterprise Architect to join the team!

What you will be doing

  • Define and own the end-to-end architectural design for WeLab's banking system in Indonesia
  • Make assessment on current banking system modules to refactor / reuse to achieve maximum synergy
  • Accountable for design global system components to ensure system portability / convergence across multiple BUs
  • Perform Architecture Review as a gatekeeper to ensure BU’s IT investment are aligning with overall technology strategy across WeLab Group
  • Capture opportunities to leverage solutions / toolkits developed by WeLab R&D team
  • Keep track application inventory, perform assessment to devise its application lifecycle (e.g. Build, Invest, Maintain, Demise)
  • Work out migration path for legacy applications to technology refresh
  • Work with leader in Group Technology to determine technology investment KPIs

What is required and what we’re looking for

  • 10+ years' experience working in IT, with recent years in technical architecture work / solution architect implementing solutions.
  • With expert knowledge in application and enterprise architect (application, ERP, data, security etc.)
  • Best to have worked in sizable enterprise
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to audiences at different technical knowledge
  • Ability to articulate business case for IT investments to business
  • Sound knowledge of innovative technologies, design patterns and keep abreast of latest technology trends
  • Proficient experience in designing integration between different systems, working with different stakeholders and driving an agreement on the technologies and methods to use.
  • Practitioner of agile methodologies
  • Establish trusted advisor at senior customer on technology visions and strategy
  • Be able to communicate effectively with excellent presentation skills, strong written and oral skills, customer relationship skills including the ability to quickly create productive collaborations among key stakeholders
  • Fluent speaking and written English plus Chinese is a must
