Job responsibilities :
- Hotline support for technical enquiries with professional manners
- Handle goods returns process
- Support, analyze and solve technical enquiries & problems for internal / external parties
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, Service, Marketing etc.
- Manage cases via BFO systems

Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering1 year of working experience is preferred.
