Your Role

As the Product Specialist, you will define and drive the product roadmap across multiple product areas within the online casino platform. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a strong product culture and ensuring alignment with business goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and ensure the product meets market demands. You will champion a customer-centric approach, lead the execution of key initiatives, and ensure regulatorypliance while delivering exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 8 years of product development experience in the online casino or iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of online gaming behaviors and regional gaming preferences.
• Proven experience in defining and executing product roadmaps across multiple product lines.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills, with the ability to balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, measure success, and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in online gaming.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
