- With moderate supervision to manage medium standard (moderate severity / complexity) and complex claims handling
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for the complex liability and property claimsProvide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiativesProvide data analytics for Commercial portfoliosOrgranize customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slidesAssist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks if necessary and also other ad hoc tasksAdhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards.Compliance with customer protocols / service charterJob Qualifications
4 years or above experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims, preferably with large and complex claims management skillPreferably Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experienceAchieved recognised industry standard (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF)Experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims handlingExperience in CAR, Liability and Property claims with good customer service skill is a mustTechnical knowledge of products and servicesTechnical claims handling knowledge of Liability and Property Insurance productsUnderstand local legislation and legal liabilityUnderstand industry standards and protocolKnowledge of claims agreementsInterpretation of policy over Knowledge and application of the litigation processSolid experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment process.Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)Data analytical skill is preferredWhy Zurich
