Job description
On the job you will :
Business acumen and ability to support routine operation.
Work experience with Claims audit is preferrable but not a must
Work closely with business units and / or technical engineers to provide solutions to address business needs.
Elicit business requirements with end users.
Understand the operation process, analyze, organize and create / modify the workflow to meet the business needs
Work with business user and Check the requirement
Identify the gap for the Claims audit project
We are looking for someone with :
Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines
Experience in insurance or financial service industry will be an advantage
Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
Fluent in Cantonese and English
0- 1 years relevant working experiences
Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn, responsible and willing to expose to new technology.
Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours
Good analytical and problem-solving skills; and disciplined with project scheduling
Able to drive and motivate team members, which include cross functional teams
Knowledge of individual insurance products, and understanding of business operations and processes
Working with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing
Problem solving and root cause identification skills and able to anticipate difficulties and identify contingency plans
Able to present confidently to groups of audience
Experience in mentoring junior Business Analysts
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Chinese Word Processing, SQL
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly express business processes and ideas verbally (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) and in written (English & Traditional Chinese)
