On the job you will :
- Business acumen and ability to support routine operation.
- Work experience with Claims audit is preferrable but not a must
- Work closely with business units and / or technical engineers to provide solutions to address business needs.
- Elicit business requirements with end users.
- Understand the operation process, analyze, organize and create / modify the workflow to meet the business needs
- Work with business user and Check the requirement
- Identify the gap for the Claims audit project

Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplinesExperience in insurance or financial service industry will be an advantageStrong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable positionFluent in Cantonese and English0- 1 years relevant working experiencesSelf-initiated and have a strong drive to learn, responsible and willing to expose to new technology.Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hoursGood analytical and problem-solving skills; and disciplined with project schedulingAble to drive and motivate team members, which include cross functional teamsKnowledge of individual insurance products, and understanding of business operations and processesWorking with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writingProblem solving and root cause identification skills and able to anticipate difficulties and identify contingency plansAble to present confidently to groups of audienceExperience in mentoring junior Business AnalystsStrong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Chinese Word Processing, SQLExcellent communication skills, able to clearly express business processes and ideas verbally (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) and in written (English & Traditional Chinese)
