About the Role :

• To manage and coordinate all Building Services (BS) (Design and Construction) works.
• To supervise and monitoring the respective progress of BS Designer and Design Checker, BS team and Sub-contractors to deliver the project base on the construction programme.
• To review BS designs and prepare the BS tender documents for the timely issue.
• To coordinate with Client, Utility companies, Government department for the statutory requirement.
• To monitor site progress and resolve matter related to BS site works so as to secure the timely completion of the project.
• To control the BS budget with BS Designer and Sub-contractors for the timely approval of issue of variation orders for project.
