Job descriptionForm 5 graduate or above with customer services working experience in relevant field, e.g. retail, hotel, catering or airline industry. Fresh graduates are welcome. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage. Good customer service skills along with effective interpersonal and communication skills. Self-initiative, positive, commercial and good time management. Immediately available will be an advantage. Candidate with more experience can apply for the position of Team Leader. Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Clearly explain the registration process and any necessary documentation.
- Assist customers in using cash dispenser machines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
- Answer customers general inquiries or re-direct them to Customer Service Representatives or Team Leaders
- Engage with potential customers and provide detailed information about the products or services being promoted.
