They are seeking a talented Low Latency Java Developer to enhance their trading systems and contribute to their mission of providing exceptional service to their clients. As a Low Latency Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-performance trading applications. You will work closely with traders and quants to ensure their systems can handle the rapidly changing demands.

The role :

Design, develop, and maintain low-latency trading applications using Java.
Optimize existing code to improve performance and reduce latency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting to identify bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in low-latency technologies.

What you offer :

Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on low-latency systems.

Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and network programming.

Strong knowledge of zero garbage techniques

Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) systems is a plus.

Proficient in performance tuning and profiling tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strongmunication and teamwork abilities.
