Our client, a top-tier financial services provider, are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the financial markets. They are seeking a talented Low Latency Java Developer to enhance their trading systems and contribute to their mission of providing exceptional service to their clients. As a Low Latency Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-performance trading applications. You will work closely with traders and quants to ensure their systems can handle the rapidly changing demands.

The role :

  • Design, develop, and maintain low-latency trading applications using Java.
  • Optimize existing code to improve performance and reduce latency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting to identify bottlenecks.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in low-latency technologies.

What you offer :

  • Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on low-latency systems.
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and network programming.
  • Strong knowledge of zero garbage techniques
  • Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in performance tuning and profiling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strongmunication and teamwork abilities.
