Assistant / Project Manager

Your role :

• Act as the main HKT contact point for global projects
• Handle the logistics for quotation, agreement, and scope of work (SoW) preparation, and manage the purchase orders issued to HKT in the systems
• Handle the acceptance of purchase orders and the issuance of HKT invoices in the systems
• Handle all overseas travelling requests and reimbursement logistics for HKT consultants to support global projects
• Provide presales support and consulting document development as appropriate
• Handle internal cost recovery work within HKT
• Support daily administrative work to designated department
