Job description

We are currently seeking I nvestment Funds Lawyers to join our team and provide long term support (2+ years ) to our Fortune 500 clients :

Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds as well as legal support on funds investments and related investment strategies

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 or more years of experience practicing in investment funds / asset management practice, or relevant experience in-house

Compensation, Benefits & Location :
