US IPO Paralegal | Top Int'l Law Firm | Hong Kong
Exciting opportunity with a top tier international law firm to join their corporate team. The successful candidate will be supporting legal operations and ensuring management of corporate transactional documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in M&A and US IPOs : Support lawyers in managing mergers and acquisitions, as well as US IPO processes, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring.
- Legal Document Preparation and Execution : Draft, review, and organize key legal documents such as contracts, agreements, prospectuses, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on corporate and securities laws, regulatory requirements, and market trends to provide insights that support decision-making and legal strategies.
- Team Collaboration and Project Coordination : Work closely with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of transactions and legal projects.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in US IPOs, with a background in local or international law firmsSolid experience in working with law firms with strong research and analytical skills.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Chinese and MandarinStrong work ethic, well organized with attention to detail, a good team player, proactive with strong sense of responsibility able to work to tight deadlines and unexpected volume of workProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
