IT Support / Helpdesk Support
Job details :
- Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site
- Install and implement system upgrade
- Troubleshoot customer issues in general maintenance on computer hardware and software
- Perform duties in different locations as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjectsAt least 1 year or above relevant working experiences in IT technical supportGood knowledge of Windows / OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshootingPolite and responsibleGood interpersonal and communication skillsOn-the-job training will be provided
