Job description

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping :   Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including preparation of journal entries.
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable :   Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconciliation :   Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy andpliance.
  • Month-End Closing :   Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls,pany policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties :   Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education :   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience :   1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment.
  • Certification :   Nearly qualified or fully qualified CPA is preferred.

    • Skills :

  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strongmunication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
