Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping : Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including preparation of journal entries.
- Accounts Payable / Receivable : Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconciliation : Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy andpliance.
- Month-End Closing : Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls,pany policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ad-Hoc Duties : Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Experience : 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment.Certification : Nearly qualified or fully qualified CPA is preferred.Skills :
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and procedures.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.Strongmunication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.What's On Offer :
