About the Role
Leadplex, high-impact IT projects from conception to delivery, with a strong focus on application development and infrastructure modernization. You’ll orchestrate strategic initiatives—including core system revamps (, lending platforms)—while collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, this role demands hands-on ownership in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery for application and infrastructure initiatives : scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead large-scale modernization projects (, financial platform upgrades, system migrations)
- Bridge execution gaps between Development, Infrastructure, and business units
- Enforce IT securitypliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001) throughout project lifecycles
- Deliver executive-level progress reports and secure stage approvals
- Proactively mitigate risks, track performance metrics, and optimize processes
