IT Specialist - Infrastructure (MNC Securities brokerage)

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT infrastructure support team and oversee the daily operation of servers, networks, firewalls, storage systems, cloud services, and data centers
• Provide hands-on support for Windows / Linux servers, virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V), and networkponents (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
• Ensure high availability and performance of trading platforms, market data feeds, order management systems, and other business-critical applications
• Manage IT service delivery (incident, problem, and change management) according to ITIL standards
• Work closely with application support and front-office teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues impacting business operations
• Maintain and enforce security policies, patching schedules, backup / recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning
• Coordinate with external vendors, data centers, and regulatory bodies to ensure service-levelpliance and operational readiness
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrade projects, including network redesigns, cloud migration, and hardware refresh
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
