The Job
Perform medical hospital claims adjudication and approval according to claim authority.
Ensure claims are settled promptly and equitably within policy terms / limits.
Assign proper allocation of duties among the subordinates.
Oversee the daily claim operation and provide support to both superiors and subordinates on day-to-day operation.
Provide training to teammates on medical knowledge and guidance on complex cases.
Handle pre-approval and settlement to service providers.
Assist in system development and enhancement.
Manage staff performance and development.
Carry out other duties as directed by the management from time to time.
The Person
Degree holder with minimum 7 years with relevant experience in medical insurance claims.
Qualification of FLMI is an advantage.
Knowledge in medical insurance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing).
Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
Supervisory skills are needed.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
