Our client is a well-known & sizable company. They are now looking for potential incumbent to join their team.

Initate & implement various C&B related projects to enhance staff engagement level
Review and benchmark overal benefits and remuneration package to ensure its competitiveness
Establish, execute and streamline HR policies and procedures as well as ensure its compliance with regulations and corporate's guidelines
Involve in structure review and manpower planning

Requirement : :

Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline

Familiar in HK Employment Ordinance

5 years hands-on experience in MNCs / sizeable firm

Good leadership with strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skill

Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
