Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Boss's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and notes.
- Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, including taking calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for business trips as needed.
- Maintain and oversee office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are always available.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in project coordination by providing administrative support, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-up.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Communication in Cantonese and Mandarin.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.A proactive attitude, with a problem-solving mindset and initiative to improve processes.Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic demands of a startup environment.Benefits
