Job description
Carry out internal administrative support to the department
Ensure proper maintenance and storage of loan files
Input data to system accurately
Filing and scanning loan documents
Prepare postal mails of various payment reminder letters
Participate in regular meeting as required
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
Secondary education (HKDSE) or above
1 year clerical working experience is preferable
MS Office (Word & Excel) Application and Chinese Word Processing
Good interpersonal communication in written & spoken Chinese and English
Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
Support minimum 2 working days per week
Immediate availability is highly preferred
