Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities and inventories such as Cigars, wines and teas are in good conditions.
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the clubhouse
Assist to plan and organize various activities and events for management level
Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance.
Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal.
Handle petty cash application and control
Maintain valuable supplies inventory such as wines, cigars and teas, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Work closely together with CEO assistants from local team and China team and tea ladies to ensure the best experience for VIP guests at all times
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management level.
Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in prestigious clubhouse, hotels or similar establishments.
Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn.
Excellent customer service skills.
Goodmunication skills in both English and Chinese, including general knowledge of Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
Able to adapt changing needs, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
