- Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities and inventories such as Cigars, wines and teas are in good conditions.
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the clubhouse
- Assist to plan and organize various activities and events for management level
- Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance.
- Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal.
- Handle petty cash application and control
- Maintain valuable supplies inventory such as wines, cigars and teas, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Work closely together with CEO assistants from local team and China team and tea ladies to ensure the best experience for VIP guests at all times
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management level.
- Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in prestigious clubhouse, hotels or similar establishments.
- Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Goodmunication skills in both English and Chinese, including general knowledge of Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to adapt changing needs, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
