Associate Director, Solution Architect, Technology Enablement

Responsibilities

• Ensure a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and provide technical advice and rmendations.
• Lead the Fit / Gap analysis to define the solution design, including to-be processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach, and non-functional requirements.
• Produce high-level architecture designs and diagrams related to cloud deployment, microservice architectures, web applications, and mobile native applications.
• Ensure the use of appropriate technologies to create state-of-the-art solutions.
• Utilize diagram tools and methodologies to create visual representations of business and application capabilities, features, and functions.
• Define all aspects of development activities, including technology stacks, development cycles, and coding standards.
• Implement modern release processes (DevOps) to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Lead architects and developers both onshore and offshore, ensuring the quality and validation of deliverables according to the design document.
