Responsible for driving sales through building win-win partnerships with customers, addressing their business needs leveraging company value proposition and product portfolio. This role also develops and executes sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to overall company goals.
- Beat revenue plan through development of existing customer and new business acquisition
- Grow the customer base by building strong rapport with current and potential customers through face to face interactions / tele selling and digital channel in the assigned territory
- Business hunting and new customer acquisition through understanding of customers' needs and addressing pain point with company solutions
- Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve assigned sales goal and contribute to overall organization goals
- Pipeline management to identify, penetrate and close the business to drive activation and growth
- Occasional travel is required
Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalentMinimum Experience
At least two (2) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is requiredLess experience will be considered as Associate SalesFor Senior level, three (3) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
