Distribution Cost Specialist

Role Introduction

Reports to :   Assistant Manager Global Distribution System Management

The incumbent will be responsible for performing Distribution cost (e.g. Shopping & Booking cost) control and budgeting, analysis and invoice audits to minimise cost spent. He / She will also support Cost of Sale management and drive areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Distribution Cost (e.g. Shopping & Booking) data accuracy on monthly basis for cost account budget
• Develop and maintain Distribution Cost data model for supporting cost of sales report and costs measurement & analysis in order to drive area of improvement
• Manage data development with vendor and IMT via change implementation and process automation
• Conduct invoice audit to validate rebate performance,and issue claims in accordance to invoice errors
