Main Responsibilities :

Lead Qualification & Sale Closure :

  • Focus on qualifying leads and closing sales with Tier customers.
  • Responsible for selling a subset of Infobip's products or services either directly or through partners to the customers in the designated team or squad.

Collaboration with Specialists :

  • Engage with specialists (, technical or product experts) when required to address specific customer needs or challenges during the sales process.
  • Solution Proposal Development :

  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals that cover all aspects of the application and how Infobip’s products or services meet the client’s needs.
  • Sales Management :

  • Manage the sales process from lead to closure, including sales forecasting, resource requests, account strategy, and planning.
  • Value Proposition Development :

  • Participate in developing and presenting a strong value proposition to customers.
  • Pricing & Contract Negotiation :

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to finalize sales and close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Maintain ongoing client relationships by collaborating with Mid-market Account Managers (MM AMs) to sell and maintain account health.
  • Cross-selling :

  • Cross-sell additional products or services to existing accounts, especially in more complex deals (, renegotiations).
  • Success Metrics :

    Achievement of Sales Quotas :

    Track progress against quarterly and annual sales KPIs, ensuring the sales target is met.

    Customer Engagement :

    Number of products promoted to customers.Conversion rate of leads into opportunities.Identifying and targeting the right customers within the designated account list.

    New Opportunity Generation :

    Focus on generating new opportunities for sales.

    CRM Reporting Efficiency :

    Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM system.Provide timely and accurate updates on the sales process.

    Relationship Building :

    Develop strong relationships and networks within the industry and customer base.

    Job Requirements : Experience :

  • years of BB sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecom.
  • Language Skills :

  • Fluent in Cantonese (native level) and English (professional proficiency), both spoken and written.
  • Sales Skills :

  • Proven ability to generate leads , close deals , and meet sales targets .
  • Experience using a CRM system (, Salesforce) to track sales progress.
  • Client Relationship :

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers in the Hong Kong market .
  • Strong communication skills to present solutions and negotiate deals.
  • Market Knowledge :

  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and local business environment.
  • Results-Oriented :

  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving new business.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success.
