Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and intuitive web-based GUIs for trading and analytics platforms
  • Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and backend developers to deliver real-time, data-rich interfaces
  • Translateplex business requirements into elegant and performant front-end solutions
  • Integrate and visualize large datasets using interactive dashboards and charts
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Contribute to UI / UX discussions and help shape the visual language of internal tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in financial services or capital markets
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Hands-on experience with and / or in production environments
  • Experience with data visualization libraries
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
  • Proficient in working with relational databases (, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic SQL
  • Experience with build tools and version control (Webpack, Git)

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a trading floor or front-office environment
  • Exposure to real-time data visualization and WebSocket integration
  • Familiarity with TypeScript
  • Understanding of capital markets products (, equities, FX, derivatives)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (, MongoDB)
