- Initate & implement various C&B related projects to enhance staff engagement level
- Review and benchmark overal benefits and remuneration package to ensure its competitiveness
- Establish, execute and streamline HR policies and procedures as well as ensure its compliance with regulations and corporate's guidelines
- Involve in structure review and manpower planning
Requirement : :
Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplineFamiliar in HK Employment Ordinance5 years hands-on experience in MNCs / sizeable firmGood leadership with strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skillExcellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
