Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent. Proven hands on expertise in financial reporting and group consolidation. Experience with listedpanies At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with prior auditing at CPA firms preferred Excellentmunication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations for a publicly listed group, epassing accounting, tax, banking, and optionalpany secretarial duties.
- Conduct financial consolidation, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare precise financial statements adhering to Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and listing rules.
- Oversee ESG reporting, ensuringpliance with Hong Kong regulations and listing standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, taxputations, and related matters.
