Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations for a publicly listed group, epassing accounting, tax, banking, and optionalpany secretarial duties.
  • Conduct financial consolidation, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare precise financial statements adhering to Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and listing rules.
  • Oversee ESG reporting, ensuringpliance with Hong Kong regulations and listing standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, taxputations, and related matters.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Proven hands on expertise in financial reporting and group consolidation.
  • Experience with listedpanies
  • At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with prior auditing at CPA firms preferred
  • Excellentmunication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams.
