As a Senior Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include :
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Corporate clients includes FSI, Government, corporate and more
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to drive performance.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
