Position Overview

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality? We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Assistant QC Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our packaging materials, ensuring compliance with VGP quality standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to resolve quality issues effectively.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of packaging materials, ensuring compliance with VGP quality standards.
• Prepare and issue release certifications for packaging materials.
• Create, update, and maintain material specifications to ensure compliance and accessibility.
• Keep documentation organized and up-to-date for internal use.
• Collaborate with departments to address defects and non-conformance issues.
• Generate detailed defect and complaint reports for the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams to address packaging material quality issues.
• Provide updates and coordinate actions to maintain smooth workflows.
