Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical and administration support to the team
  • Assist in organizing property sales launches, customer events and document works
  • Assist to prepare regular reports; update and maintain filing system
  • Handle internal and external correspondence / memos
  • Participate in sales related activities
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE / HKCEE or above
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Experience gained from Real Estate / Retail / Banking industries is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • A team player with positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
